Hello, during my stay abroad I would like to rent my room. The room is furnished and has nice high ceilings.
The kitchen with dining table is centrally located in the apartment and is fully equipped. From there you come to the balcony where you can spend the evenings in good weather.
The apartment includes a spacious basement, which is at the same time a warehouse and laundry cellar.
Hallo, während meines Auslandsaufenthaltes möchte ich (Caro) mein Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bett, Regal, Schlafsofa) und hat schöne hohe Decken.
Die Küche mit Esstisch liegt mittig in der Wohnung und ist voll ausgestattet. Von dort aus kommt man auf den Balkon, wo man bei gutem Wetter die Abende verbringen kann.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein geräumiger Keller, der Lagerort und Wäschekeller zugleich ist.
The apartment is located in the Erphoviertel, so very close to the center and railway station. There is a bakery and a café, as well as a pub. The storage area also has several benches and table tennis boards, which invite you to stay in summer.
The house is on the rails, but you hardly hear anything about it in the room.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erphoviertel, also sehr zentrums- und bahnhofsnah. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker und ein Café, sowie eine Kneipe. Der Staufenplatz hat außerdem mehrere Bänke und Tischtennisplatten, die im Sommer zum Verweilen einladen.
Das Haus liegt an den Bahnschienen, allerdings hört man im Zimmer kaum etwas davon.
Hi! I'm Anne, your future roommate for the time Caro is abroad. I am 23 years old, studying Spanish and French in the Magisterium in Münster. I like to go outside in nature and enjoy sports. For example, I'm going to run or cycle. I also like to meet with friends on a coffee.
We place value on order in the apartment and share the household so far: For example, I always saute the apartment and Caro takes care of the bathroom cleaning. We can then discuss how we distribute the tasks in the budget accurately.

Wir legen in der Wohnung Wert auf Ordnung und teilen den Haushalt bisher so auf: Ich sauge zum Beispiel immer die Wohnung und Caro übernimmt die Badreinigung. Wie wir die Aufgaben im Haushalt genau verteilen, können wir dann noch besprechen.
