Das Wohngebäude liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt vor dem Agricolapark.
Sbahn ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Der Bus ist in 5 min erreichbar und hält vor der Sbahn-Station Laim. Fahrtzeit ca. 2 min.
Die Tram-Stationen Agnes-Bernauer-Platz und Willibaldplatz sind beide in 5min zu erreichen. Befahren werden die Stationen von der Tram 19 und 29.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann und Netto fußläufig zwischen 5 und 15 min.
Wir beide sind voll Berufstätig in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Unsere Arbeitszeiten sind zwischen 7 und 17 Uhr.
Am Wochenende steht die Wohnung oft leer da wir beide unterwegs sind.
