The room is very large (roughly 25sqm) and has a window looking out to a courtyard. The flat also has a nice large living room which is great for hanging out, having friends over for dinner or to visit, etc, a balcony with a nice view and perfect for sunsets in the summer as it faces west and we are on the top floor. The shower and toilet are separated so people can be in both rooms at the same time. Kitchen is a good size, and works well for 2 people. Additionally we have a basement space in which we can keep things in storage so they don't take space in your room. Rent is 600,00 per month which includes all costs (water, electric, heat, wifi, etc.)

The Flat is located at Frankfurter ring (about 8 minutes walk ) and connects very well with U2, U3, U6, as well as buses.
I am looking for a working professional or student, most important is that our personalities and lifestyles somehow mesh. I am 28 years old from the United States and have been living in Germany just slightly over 2 years. I am both working and completing my masters degree at TUM in consumer affairs. I enjoy biking, running, basketball, skiing and basically anything outside! I also enjoy art, going to concerts, and I still enjoy going out as well! As for music I like just about anything, metal, indie, reggae, hip-hop, funk, some electronic, etc.
