Das Zimmer ist 17,5 qm groß, super geschnitten und hell.
Es ist möbliliert mit großen PAX-Schränken, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Gardinen, Bett und Matratze.
Ein gemeinsamer Balkon ist von der Küche zugänglich und bietet Entspannungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung liegt genau an der Grenze von Neuhausen und Maxvorstadt. Der Lage ist sehr zentral aber es ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig und nicht sehr hektisch.
Die U-bahn Haltstelle "Maillingerstraße" (U1) ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und bringt man schnell und direkt zum Hbf und Sendlinger Tor.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar: Lidl, Rewe, DM, Hangzhou Markt, Cesar Markt und basic Bio-Supermarkt.
Deine zukunftige Mitbewohnerin wäre Sarah. Sie ist sehr symphatisch und bisher hat unser WG-Prinzip "alles kann, nichts muss" sehr gut geklappt :) Wir quatschen manchmal in der Küche aber selbstverständlich darf sich auch jeder in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn er seine Ruhe haben möchte.
