Das Zimmer ist hell, vollständig möbliert (Zimmer nur mit Verkauf der Möbel verfügbar), besitzt einen Zugang zum Balkon Richtung Innenhof und ist, obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Landsberger Straße gelegen ist, ruhig. Auch wenn das Zimmer selbst relativ klein ist, ist unterm Bett und in den Regalen genügend Stauraum.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Westend, direkt an der Tramhaltestelle 18 / 19. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Donnersberger Brücke und die U-Bahnstation Heimeranplatz, sowie Lidl, dm und Edeka sind in 5-10 Laufminuten erreichbar.
In der WG wohnen 2 Masterstudentinnen und eine Masterabsolventin. Auch wenn alle vielbeschäftigt sind, fallen gemeinsame Koch- und Filmeabende nicht aus.
Besichtigungen sind ab dem 9. April möglich, spätnachmittags bis abends. Wer Interesse hat, kann mir schreiben und am besten ein paar Sätze von sich erzählen. :)
