ich suche für mein Zimmer in einer Mädels WG in München Sendling einen Untermieter für knapp 2 Monate (04.08. bis 22.09.2019). Männlich oder Weiblich ist egal.
Das 18qm freie Zimmer ist möbeliert mit Bett, Schrank, Regal und Tisch. Gemeinschaftszimmer sind Küche mit Essplatz, Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne und Klo.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau-Mehrfamilienhaus in München-Sendling.Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1000€ warm für den Zeitraum und 200€ Kaution.
Das Haus befindet sich im Stadtteil Sendling, die Ubahn U3 und U6 Implerstraße und der Bus sind 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt, in höchstens 10 min. ist man in der Innenstadt mit den Öffentlichen. In 10 min zu Fuß erreicht man auch die S-Bahn Haltestelle Harras.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Post, Restaurants und Cafes sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Isar ist auch ganz nah, ca 20 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.
