An die Isar sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und um die Ecke ist ein Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Baumarkt und weitere ettliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Weiterhin ist erst kürzlich der "Sugar mountain" um die Ecke genaut worden. Ein Urbaner Spielplatz für den/die Großstadt Tiere. Hier findet man Basketball Plätze, Tischtennisplatten, Kletterwand, Skatepark, Bikepark, Essenstände, Musik...

It is a 5-minute walk to the Isar and around the corner is a Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, hardware store and other decent shops.
