Das Zimmer ist sehr hell (Südseite), 17m² groß, mit Bett (140 x 200 cm), Regal und Schreibtisch (ggf. Stereoanlage).
Große Wohnküche, Spülmaschine, Bad mit Wanne/Dusche und Fenster, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller, sehr nette Nachbarn.
Direkt an der U1 Wettersteinplatz, Tram 15/25, NachtTram N27, gute Infrastruktur (Norma, Rewe, Edeka, Pfister, Apotheken, Ärzte...), Parkplatz findet man immer, Parklizenz notwendig.
Sympathie ist das entscheidende Kriterium!
Haftpflichtversicherung Bedingung.
Wichtig: Mindestmaß an Umweltbewusstsein, kein Parfüm, Räucherstäbchen etc. (leider nicht verhandelbar!)
