Wir haben ab sofort ein Zimmer in unserer WG frei.
Die Zimmer sind möbliert (Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bett, div. Komoden) am Bild, das grüne Zimmer und das Orange.
Die Wohnung hat 93 m², besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad/WC, 1 Wohnschlafzimmer und Balkon.
Sie ist im 2.OG in der Ganghoferstraße.
Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig, Die Hausgemeinschaft ist klein....!

In der Wohnung sind noch eine Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und eine Waschmaschine.
Wenn Du noch mehr wissen willst stehe ich zur Verfügung.
Wir suchen eigentlich nur befristete WGler (Verlängerung aber grundsätzlich nicht auszuschliessen).
Ein Treffen bzw. eine Besichtigung vorab ist unumgänglich!.

Greetings and hello. From now we have one room available in our flat share. The room are furnished (desk, closet, bed, various chest of drawers) on the picture, the green room and the orange. The apartment has 93 m², consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bath / toilet, 1 living room and balcony. It is on the 2nd floor in Ganghoferstraße. The residential area is very quiet, the house community is small ....!
There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment! If you want to know more, pleased ask me.
We are actuall looking for temporary flatshare (extension cannot be ruled out).
A meeting or a viewing beforehand is essential!

Absolut ruhige Wohngegend, neben der Stemmerwiese (echte Liegewiese).
Keine Durchfahrtsstraße.
Kleine, sehr freundliche Hausgemeinschaft.
Viele Geschäfte in der direkten Nähe
2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus.
ca 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur U3/ U6 (Poccistr)
Fahrrad ca. 8 Minuten zum Sendlinger Tor und zum HBF.
Unauffällig.
Ich bin sehr selten in der Wohnung.
Sehr gemütlich. Wir unternehmen auch was zusammen...!
