The apartment is located in Ludwigsfeld, not far from Willey Park, where you can relax perfectly, or enjoy sunsets.
From here, the University of Applied Sciences Neu Ulm can be reached in 3 min by bike and 10 min by foot.
A bus stop is right in front of the house.
By bus you arrive in the city centre of Neu Ulmer in 10 minutes and in 20 minutes to the city centre of Ulm.
By bike you can get around 10 minutes to the town hall Ulm faster;)
All shopping, drugstore markets, pizzeria and other food spots can be reached in about 5 minutes by bike.
Nearby is also a beautiful excavator lake which is great for a picnic or for swimming.
Generally, the WG is in a top area, very quiet and around with all things you need:)

Die Wohnung liegt in Ludwigsfeld, nicht weit vom Willey Park, wo man perfekt entspannen, oder Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann.
Von hier aus ist die Hochschule Neu Ulm in 3 min mit dem Fahrrad und 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus.
Mit dem Bus kommt man in 10 min in die Neu Ulmer Innenstadt und in 20 min in die Innenstadt Ulm.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schneller so ungefähr 10 min bis zum Rathaus Ulm;)
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Drogeriemärkte, Pizzeria und andere Food Spots sind jeweils in ungefähr 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
In der Nähe ist auch ein schöner Baggersee der sich super für ein Picknick oder zum Baden anbietet.
Allgemein ist die WG in einer top Gegend, sehr ruhig gelegen und rund um mit allen Dingen versorgt die man so braucht:)

You will live with Lea (22), a very friendly and helpful person who is always to have for a kitchen puppy.
Lea is a real gym mouse and is sure to be happy if she can also inspire you;)
In addition, she is an enthusiastic motorcyclist and is usually on the go with her machine in beautiful weather.
Lea studies at a Fernuni logistics and is therefore usually in the WG under the week, so there is always someone there:)
Annika, the second roommate is a teacher and just as a mobile reserve in Ulm, is probably also moving out at the end of July and we are looking for the second. Room another renter.
We are not a purpose WG, we always like to make a cooking dinner when you meet in kitchen there is actually always a nice conversation and even if all times have time we go out together or take a walk.

Du wirst mit Lea (22), einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Person zusammenwohnen, die immer für einen Küchenschwatz zu haben ist.
Lea ist eine richtige Gym Maus und freut sich sicher, wenn sie dich auch dafür begeistern kann;)
Außerdem ist sie begeisterte Motorradfahrerin und ist bei schönem Wetter meistens mit ihrer Maschine unterwegs.
Lea studiert an einer Fernuni Logistik und ist deshalb unter der Woche meistens in der WG also es ist immer jemand da:)
Annika, die zweite Mitbewohnerin ist Lehrerin und gerade als mobile Reserve in Ulm, zieht deswegen wahrscheinlich ebenfalls Ende Juli aus und wir suchen dementsprechend auch für das 2. Zimmer noch eine Nachmieterin.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG, wir machen immer gerne einen Kochabend, wenn man sich in Küche trifft gibt es eigentlich immer ein nettes Gespräch und auch wenn alle mal Zeit haben gehen wir zusammen aus oder machen einen Spaziergang.

I myself study at the HNU and must say it is an absolute dream that the apartment is so close to the university...even if you have slept.
You can take a bike, we have a cellar with a bicycle room.
So if you see yourself in the WG and we have convinced you of us will be happy to report to you and tell a little what about you:)

Unsere WG ist eine Frauen WG.
Ich selber studiere an der HNU und muss sagen es ist ein absoluter Traum, dass die Wohnung so nah an der Hochschule ist...gerade wenn man mal verschlafen hat.
Gerne kannst du ein Fahrrad mitnehmen, wir haben einen Keller mit Fahrrad Raum.
Also wenn du dich in der WG siehst und wir dich von uns überzeugt haben melde dich gerne und erzähl ein bisschen was von dir:)
