Fully stocked Kitchen with Oven, Washing Machine, Microwave, and utensils and dishes. Large Terrace with plants and chair for barbeques and enjoying the weather. Comfortable Bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 2 sinks. Amazing and friendly WG mates, who regularly play football, talk, and go hiking together. International students are also welcome!
Very accessible by public transport, with the S bahn station Neubiberg just 5 minutes away on foot, and a regular bus to U5 Neuperlach Süd just 3 minutes away. KVR provided, so long term only please!

Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Utensilien. Große Terrasse mit Pflanzen und Stühlen zum Grillen und Genießen des Wetters. Komfortables Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, und 2 Waschbecken. Tolle und freundliche WG-Kollegen, die regelmäßig Fußball spielen, sich unterhalten und zusammen wandern gehen. Auch internationale Studenten sind willkommen!
Die S-Bahn-Station Neubiberg ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und ein regelmäßiger Bus zur U5 Neuperlach Süd ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. KVR vorhanden, also bitte nur langfristig!
