Hello,
As I have found my apartment near my company, so I sublease the room I rented from Sep15 to Oct15 before.
It's a very beautiful room with balcony and garden as you can see. It's in a seperate house besides the landlord's house,so you will have your own kitchen and WC with another person. There is a bed and sofa, so even two people can stay here.
By bus and Sbahn or Ubahn, 40 minutes can arrive Marienplatz. I know it's a little far, but if you are working in the center, or just stay here as a start to look for a WG, this will be a very good choice.
Price is only 600, you know it's during Oktoberfest.
Normally I'm very busy during the day so I will reply your message after work, so plz be patient.
Anyway, a very good place, and I'm glad to make new friend!
