Ich bin Sara und mache zur Zeit eine Ausbildung in Düsseldorf.
Ich suche zum 01.03. eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Innenstadt von Neuss.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
(Rewe, Penny, Netto, dm, Cafés und Bäckereien, Restaurants, Post) und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. (ca.5min) Von dort aus fahren regelmäßig Züge nach Düsseldorf und Köln, daher ist das WG-Zimmer auch für Studierende und Berufstätige in der Umgebung Neuss/Düsseldorf/Köln geeignet.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und ist hell und sonnig. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß.
Da mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig ist, suche ich nach einer Mitbewohnerin der Sauberkeit ebenfalls wichtig ist.
Ich bin offen für gemeinsame WG-Abende, Café Besuche etc.☺️
