Hallo zusammen,
meine Zeit in NYC neigt sich dem Ende zu und daher suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in Brooklyn.
Ab 15. Oktober, oder 1. November steht das Zimmer in der internationalen WG zur Verfügung. Ich verlasse meine zwei geliebten Mitbewohnerinnen und ein Haus voller junger und bunt gemischter, netter Nachbarn.
Das Haus hat die beste Lage, mit Laudry und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Nur ein paar Blocks von House of Yes, Bushwick Collective und Brooklyn Mirage entfernt. Tonnenweise Bars und Cafe findet man in allen Richtungen und nicht zu vergessen, wir haben ein typisches 'Brooklyn Rooftop' mit Blick über Manhattan (an guten Tagen).
Das Haus liegt zentral gelegen zwischen M und L train. Ca 25 Minuten nach Manhattan.
Voraussetzung ist, den Mietvertrag von einem Jahr zu unterschreiben.
