Hi, I moving out of my furnished room in Chelsea and looking for a replacement for April 1st (either for a month, or then April to August/September - or longer). It is shared with the really nice landlady who is a Fashion Designer and who is in the apartment no more than 4 days a week. It is really conveniently located in Chelsea, 20th Str/7th Ave. (TraderJoe`s, WholeFoods, WestVillage, MeatPacking all in walking distance).
It's an ensuite bedroom, with own balcony and bathroom, 16th floor with amazing views towards the Hudson. Laundry Room in the basement. Rent $1,275 + $100. Please contact me for more information and pictures.
