Diese Wohnung ist unglaublich schön! Sie hat wahrscheinlich den schönsten Blick, den man in dieser relativ guten Preislage für New York finden kann. Die Zimmer sind nach Süden gerichtet, sodass man die Skyline von Manhattan, downtown, ein wenig Central Park, Hudson River, Harlem River, East river... und die fantastischen Sonnenuntergänge von den Zimmern und auch vom Balkon aus sehen kann.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett und einigen anderen Sachen (noch unklar was bleibt und was geht) und es hat einen Schrank (Closet). Ich kann Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitstellen.
Für weitere Fragen, stehe ich gerne bereit. Auch für eine Videotour durch die Wohnung.
This Apartment is very beautiful! It has probably one of the most gorgeous views one can find in this relatively affordable pricerange. The bedrooms face south so one can see the skyeline of Manhattan, downtown, a glimpse of Central park, Hudson River, Harlem River, East River... and the most amazing sunsets from your room and the balcony as well.
The room is furnished with a bed, and a few other things (still to be determined) and has a closet. I can provide sheets and towels.

- 10min from C-train (local).
Nahegelegene Parks (Fort Tryon, Central, kleinere Parks in der Umgebung) und Einkaufen ist leicht, einfach ein ppar Blöcke die Straße runter (5min zu Fuß).
Parks are close (Fort Tryon, Central, smaller parks in the area) and shopping is easy just a few blocks down the road (5min walk)
Es ist noch nicht sicher, dass es einen Mitbewohner für die gesamte Zeit geben wird. Meine Mitbewohnerin bleibt bis Ende Juni. Sie ist Australierin, Flötistin, sehr nett und unkompliziert.
It's not sure yet that there will be a roommate for the entire time. My roommate is staying until the end of Junde. She's Australian, flutist, very nice and easygoing.
Zimmer und Bett sind groß genug für ein Paar.
Room and bed are big enough for a couple.
