Da ich in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe wird Anfang Februar mein Zimmer in einer tollen WG in Nittendorf-Undorf frei. Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 13,5 qm nicht übermäßig groß, verfügt dafür aber dank seiner nach Süden ausgerichteten großen Fensterfront über sehr viel Licht und eine super Aussicht. Da die WG ein ganzes Haus bewohnt, dessen Wohnfläche du natürlich mitbenutzen kannst, fällt die vergleichsweise geringe Größe des Zimmers nicht weiter negativ auf.
As I am moving into my own apartment, my room in a great shared flat in Nittendorf-Undorf will become available at the beginning of February. With its 13.5 square metres the room is not massive, but the spectacular view through its large, south-facing window front more than makes up for what it lacks in size. As the flat occupies an entire house with spacious common areas, the relatively small size of the room is not a noticeable drawback.
Die WG befindet sich in Nittendorf-Undorf. Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber:innen, die nicht auf eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt verzichten wollen ideal: Wunderschöne Wanderrouten starten unmittelbar vor der Haustür, in Regensburg ist man ab dem nahegelegenen Bahnhof aber auch in weniger als 15 Minuten.
The house is located in Nittendorf-Undorf. The location is ideal if you love nature but do not want to miss out on decent access to the city: beautiful hiking routes start right at our doorstep, yet you can still reach the centre of Regensburg in less than 15 minutes via the nearby train station.
Die WG wird insgesamt (inklusive dir) von fünf Leuten bewohnt, alle derzeitigen Bewohner:innen sind Anfang bis Mitte 20 und berufstätig bzw. in Ausbildung. Das WG-Leben ist daher unter der Woche eher ruhig, am Wochenende wird aber auch gerne mal was gemeinsam gemacht/getrunken, wobei natürlich niemand gezwungen wird 😊 Es gibt einen Putzplan und wir achten auch ansonsten darauf, dass sich alle in der WG wohlfühlen können, unter anderem durch regelmäßige WG-Besprechungen. Neben deinen menschlichen Mitbewohner:innen würdest du dir die WG mit einem sehr und zwei weiteren eher weniger verschmusten Katern teilen. Außerdem haben wir eine Hühnerschar im Garten, die uns mit frischen Eiern versorgt und für eine ländliche Geräuschkulisse sorgt.
The house is home to a total of five people, including yourself. All current residents are in their early to mid-20s and are employed or in training. As such, life at the flat during the week is relatively uneventful, but on weekends we do enjoy doing things/having the occasional drink together, although none of this is mandatory of course 😊 We have a cleaning/chore roster and have regular flat meetings to make sure everyone is comfortable. In addition to your human housemates, you would be sharing the flat with three tomcats (one of which is very affectionate, the other two - while also lovely - may need some time to warm up to you). Additionally the house's garden is home to a lively bunch of chickens which provide us with fresh eggs as well as fittingly rural background noise.
