The apartment is located in the center close to all the shopping centers in the heart of the city, 5 minutes from the train station, 8 minutes from the beach, bus, tram, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, film ..
attention the apartment is not practical for seniors or retired since there is no elevator on the third floor
