Das Zimmer befindet sich rechts im 1. OG mit 15 qm Wohnfläche und ist möbliert mit 2 schmalen Betten, einem Schrank/Regal und einem Nachttisch. Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Waschbecken und vom Fenster aus hast du einen tollen Blick auf dem Bodensee.
Das Haus hat 155 qm und Räume wie Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vom Wohnzimmer aus geht es in den Garten mit Terrasse und Sitzmöglichkeit. Unten im Keller gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Außerdem gibt es einen PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus mit eigener Hofzufahrt.
Wir wohnen in einer sehr zentralen und ruhiger Lage mit kaum Verkehr.
Das Haus ist 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Nonnenhorn entfernt. Nebenan gibt es einen Edeka. Der Bodensee ist ca. 600m vom Haus entfernt.
In der WG wohner zurzeit Antonia, Kevin, Ali und ich. Es ist freundlich, ruhig und jeder ist berufstätig, was auch Voraussetzung für eine Vermietung ist.
