Area around Norden - up to 5km radius from this town.

Hello,
A Bit about me :- I will be relocating for employment, from the 1st of May 2021, looking for a room in a shared house within a 5km radius of Norden. Looking for a stay of around 6 months initially, maybe longer depending on what happens with my employment contract, I intend to live in the area for the next 5 years. Therefore, for a soon to become available place, I would be willing to wait, for the right place.
The house should be in a quiet residential street, because from as from December 2021 I would be working Night Shifts (2 days a week), hence sleeping though the day. Also if it has somewhere to store a bicycle out of the rain etc.
Looking for a friendly place, as I'm from the UK, I speak no German, but will be learning, so looking for a sociable house hold, to share meals from time to time and share information on German culture and customs, hopefully it could be reciprocal on this.
I have my own home in the UK, I'm out going, have travelled a lot, friendly, sociable and respectful of the home I'd be sharing. Would prefer a house without pets due to allergies cats and dogs, but can be compromised on.
