Zu dem Zimmer gehört auch ein Balkon, und sowohl das Zimmer als auch der Balkon haben insgesamt 18 Quadratmeter Fläche. Die ursprüngliche Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 265 Euro, aber für die Monate Mai und Juni biete ich es für 220 Euro an, was verhandelbar ist.
Option 2: Ich möchte meinen Mietvertrag auf eine andere Person übertragen, so dass der Vertrag direkt mit der WBG besteht. Die monatliche Miete für die Wohnung beträgt 220 Euro für Mai und Juni, und danach wird sie wieder auf die ursprüngliche Miete von 265 Euro zurückgehen.
