Hallo liebe zimmersuchende Menschen,
Ich biete ein Zimmer mit 16 m2 an. Von der Wohnküche ab befindet sich ein großer Balkon und Wintergarten. Die Wohnung hat 2 Toiletten. Die ganze Wohnung hat ca 100 m2.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, da man gleich am Northeimer Wall / Park ist und am Rand des Zentrums. Somit gibt es alle möglichen Supermärkte um die Ecke.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt ca 5 Minuten entfernt und der Bahnhof 10 Minuten entfernt.
Ich arbeite in einem Restaurant und bin 27 Jahre alt. Wir können, wie wir möchten das zusammen Leben gestalten. Bisher hatten wir unsere Lebensmittel getrennt und Reinigungsartikel abwechselnd besorgt. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Leider sind von der Vermieterin keine Tiere erlaubt.
