Das frei werdende Zimmer hat ca. 15 m² und ist an eine sehr schöne moderne und neu renovierte Wohnung angeschlossen. Das Bad ist riesig groß und mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Wohnküche bietet genügend Platz um gemeinsam zusammen zu sitzen und in einer kleinen Abstellkammer lässt sich alles nötige verstauen.
Das Zimmer liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und durch die zwei Dachfenster scheint morgens wunderschön die Sonne.
Die U-Bahn Station St. Leonhard ist zu Fuß in etwa 6 Minuten zu erreichen und auch Kaufland, Norma sowie ein Obst-und Gemüsemarkt sind in nächster Nähe, also gute und zentrale Lage.
In der 4er Wg wohnen drei nette Jungs: Am studieren, Berufstätig und am Abi nachholen also eine bunte Mischung.
