Ich werde mit dem Studium fertig und räume am 31. Juli 2012 mein ca. 16 qm großes Zimmer in unserer schönen 2er WG im Studentenwohnheim Palmenhof. Die Wohnung (auch das Zimmer) ist bereits vollständig möbliert und ganz gut ausgestattet.
Einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbarst du dann am liebsten per Mail mit mir bzw. meiner Mitbewohnerin.

Das Studentenwohnheim Palmenhof liegt in der Innenstadt, ca 1 Minute zum Weißen Turm, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Plärrer und in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad an der WISO.
Um hier wohnen zu dürfen musst du einen gültigen Studentenausweis einer Nürnberger Hochschule (Uni, FH, Kunstakademie,...) haben.
