Die gemütliche und schöne Wohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett saniert, Heizung, Boden, Fenster sowie Bad und seperates WC (mit Fenster) sind renoviert. Schaut Euch einfach die Fotos an!

Looking for new roommates for two beautiful light-filled rooms, about 20 and 11 square meters, with dark and light laminate floor. The cozy and beautiful apartment was completely renovated a few years ago, heating, floor, windows and bathroom and separate toilet (with window) have been renovated. Just take a look at the photos!

Genial! Alles wichtige in Laufnähe für das tägliche Leben (Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants). Der Luitpoldhain oder Dutzendteich zum Joggen ist um die Ecke, das Südstadtbad nicht weit.
In die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Rad 7-10 min, zu Fuß ungefähr 20 min. Die Tram und Bus-Haltestellen "Platz der Opfer des Faschismus" und "Sankt Peter" erreicht ihr in ca. 2 min. Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung ist super für jeden, der keine Lust auf eine reine Zweck-WG hat, schon beruftätig ist oder promoviert und auch gerne mal am Wochenende weggeht.
