Ich vermiete ein 12m² großes Zimmer, das durch das große Fenster, welches in den Innenhof geht, um einiges größer wirkt. Das Zimmer ist in typischem Altbaustil, mit hohen Wänden und einem schönen, gut erhaltenen Holzdielenboden ausgelegt.
Die Wohnung allgemein verfügt über 80m². Küche, Bad, extra Toilette, unsere 3 Zimmer und ist bereits sehr gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle...).
Einen Küchentisch bräuchten wir noch, falls du da einen hättest.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial: Südstadtbad, Lidl, Bäcker, Metzger, Biergärten, Sparkasse, Tankstelle, Getränkemarkt und Öffentliche gleich um die Ecke. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
Ich bin Sabine, 30 Jahre alt(Medizinstudentin) und auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohnern (20-30 Jahre) für eine nette, unkomplizierte 3er WG.
Ansonsten höre ich wahnsinnig gerne Musik (besonders Rock), singe, unternehme was mit Freunden, koche oder... Wir lernen uns ja dann kennen.
Unser neuer Mitbewohner, der auch am 01.04 in die Wohnung ziehen wird, ist zum kennen lernen bei den Besichtigungsterminen mit dabei.
Besichtigungstermine wären nächste Woche Mittwoch von 14:00 - 19:00 Uhr und Freitag ab 19:00.
