Schönes und komplett möbliertes 20qm Zimmer in einer sympathischen WG in der Südstadt zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch und zwei Kleiderschränken.
In der geräumigen WG gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 5.2. frei und ist zur Zwischenmiete bis zum 5.4. zu vermieten. Alternativ wäre aber auch ein etwas kürzerer oder längerer Zeitraum möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt, 10 min Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Mehrere Straßenbahnlinien sind in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und viele Imbisse gleich um die Ecke und das Südbad ist auch nur 5 min entfernt.
In der WG wohnen im Moment Tim (24) und Basti (26), die beide noch studieren (Media-engineering und Journalismus). Da Tim für die nächsten zwei Monate mit seinem Rucksack nach Asien aufbricht, würdet ihr nur zu zweit in der WG wohnen.
