Ich vermiete ein etwa 20 m²großes Zimmer in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung in der Siegfriedstaße in 90461 Nürnberg.
Die Wohnung wird von mir nach Renovierung erstbezogen. Durch die Renovierung ist alles auf neuesten Technischen Stand.
Das Zimmer wird von mir komplett neu Eingerichtet, ihr bekommt ein neues Bett 1.40 x 2 m mit einer neuen Matratze von Bett1 Bodyguard oder ein Boxspringbett 1.40x2m
Internet ist natürlich mit dabei.
Küche wird im Moment noch aufgebaut, wird auch komplett ausgestattet.
Waschmaschine ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
Ein Keller zum Abstellen ebenfalls.
Fotos sind noch Unmöbeliert, aber ein Bett und Schränke sind vorhanden.
Küche kommt am 08.10.2022 :)
Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Tram sowie Ubahn ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ebenfalls leicht zu bekommen.
Im moment bewohne ich die 3 Zimmer Wohnung alleine.
Zu meiner Person: 32 Jahre alt
Selbständig im Crypto Bereich.
Ich würde mich als geselliger Typ bezeichnen.
Durch meine Selbständigkeit bin ich auch mal 1-2 Tage nicht Zuhause.
Bilder der Wohnung und des Zimmers Reiche ich natürlich nach.
Ich habe die Wohnung hier jetzt mal als Befristet bis 01.Januar reingestellt, es ist mit Option wenn alles passt eine Verlängerung möglich.
Ich bitte euch, einfach ein Bisschen vorzustellen evtl mit Foto um das Zukünftige WG Leben einfacher zu gestallten.
