Es werden nun gleich zwei Zimmer frei in unserer WG und wir suchen nach neuen Mitbewohnern. Die Zimmer werden größtenteils leer übergeben. Einzelne Möbelstücke können evtl gegen Ablöse übernommen werden.
Zimmer 3 (15 m²): 350 € warm
Zimmer 4 (12,5 m²): 320 € warm
Das kleine Zimmer 5 bleibt frei und steht als Abstellraum oder Gästezimmer oder was auch immer für die Gemeinschaft zur Verfügung. Das darin montierte Algot Regal bleibt und kann auf Wunsch umgestellt werden.
Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und ist sehr hell. Sie wurde Ende 2019 komplett frisch renoviert mit neuen Bodenbelägen, Fenster, Küche, Bad, etc. Die Wohnung hat sowohl Keller-, als auch Dachbodenabteil. Im geschlossenen Innenhof gibt es Fahrradstellplätze.
Der Mietpreis beinhaltet bereits Pauschale für Strom, Gas, Wasser und Internet. 7,38 EUR pro Person und Monat GEZ und Putzgeld für das Treppenhaus werden separat abgerechnet.

Flexible move-in date!
We are looking for two new roommates in our shared apartment! The rooms will be largely empty, but some pieces of furniture can be left for a small price.
Room 3 (15 m²): 350 € incl bills
Room 4 (12,5 m²): 320 € incl bills
Room 5 will remain empty and available as common space for storage or guestroom or whatever else you want. =)
The apartment was renovated end of 2019 and has high ceilings. The inner courtyard has secure bike parking.
The rent already includes all utilities and WiFi. 7,37 EUR per person per month for stairway cleaning and GEZ is separate.
Direkt an der S-Bahn Station Dürrenhof (2 min) und eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof. Wir haben auch zwei Tram Stationen Dürrenhof und Peterskirche innerhalb 5 min Fußweg, sowie Bushaltestellen Dürrenhof und Stephanstraße quasi vor der Tür. Alles im Stadtzentrum ist in 15 min auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Nebenan ist die Wöhrder Wiese, mit großem Park und See.
Eine VAG Rad Station ist auch vor der Tür.

We are about 15 min walk from central station and city center. There are two bus stops, two Tram stops and one S-Bahn stop within 5 min walking. Across the tracks is a giant park with lake. Rental bikes are strewn around the neighborhood and practically everywhere.
Die WG ist im September 2019 neu gegründet. Wir sind aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen und in unterschiedlichen Lebensabschnitten mit unterschiedlichen Hobbies und Tagesrhythmen. Trotzdem kochen und essen wir gerne mal zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt. Aktuell ist das WG-Leben eingeschränkter, abhängig von den jeweiligen sozialen Kontakten außerhalb der WG. Wir pflegen die Wohnung gemeinsam mit viel Liebe.
Wir teilen uns Kosten für Haushaltsware, sowie mancher Lebensmittel. Was genau dazugehört und was rausgenommen wird kann jederzeit zur Debatte gestellt werden. Generell nehmen wir es nicht ganz so genau und teilen Dinge statt uns fragen zu müssen "Wem gehört das? Darf ich das benutzen?" Explizit beschriftete oder vorher angesagt Dinge werden natürlich in Ruhe gelassen. =)
Alle gemeinschaftlich benutzten Räume sind schon möbliert und ausgestattet.

We have very different lives and schedules, but whenever possible we try to find some time to hang out and cook together. Due to the current pandemic situation we sometimes limit contact between us, depending on the contacts everyone has had outside of the shared apartment.
We share household expenses and also some basic food items to save costs and minimize waste. The exact things that are common or belong to someone in particular can be discussed at any time and will be respected. Generally, we want to create an atmosphere of home where you don't have to constantly wonder "Who does this belong to? Can I use it?"
All common spaces and rooms are already furnished.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel und wir versuchen ihn gerne anzupassen.
Schreibt mir auf WhatsApp, Nachricht auf WG-gesucht oder per Email etwas über euch, ich melde mich so bald wie möglich zurück. Anrufe kann ich leider nicht immer entgegen nehmen.
