Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß.Es gibt vier helle Zimmer. Eines ist recht klein. Schöne Türen im Jugendstil. Bad mit Wanne.
Es gibt eine aktive und nette Hausgemeinschaft mit vielen Kindern, einer Motorradwerkstatt und einem Modern Dance Tanzstudio.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend, es gibt die S-Bahn am Dürrenhof, eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, die Tram 5 und die Busse 65, 44 und 43 direkt vor der Tür.
Der Wöhrder See liegt vor der Tür. Zur Altstadt sind es 15min zu Fuß.
Wir sind Mutter und Sohn. Artus geht zur Waldorfschule in die erste Klasse. Ich mache im Tanzstudio gegenüber eine Tanzausbildung.
Wir suchen eine liebe Mitbewohnerin (nur Frauen), die sich mit uns die Miete teilt ( je 400€ für jede ohne Strom/Internet).
Gerne eine Mama mit Kind oder Frau mit Haustier.
Wir sind freundlich, lebhaft und aufgeschlossen.
Wir lieben Tiere, aber haben leider keines.
