Die WG liegt im Süden Nürnbergs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny und Rewe sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 min erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt ca. 1 km von der Wohnung entfernt und kann zu Fuß (ca. 12 min), mit Bus und Tram (5 min) oder mit der S-Bahn (2 min) erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 300 m vom Dürrenhof S-bahn Station mit Anschluss an S1 und S2 entfernt. Der Park (Wörder Wiese und Wördersee) liegt in der Nähe und ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit Fahrräder im Innenhof abzustellen. Bezüglich der Parksituation....es lässt sich eigentlich immer ein Parkplatz finden.

The flat share is located in the south of Nuremberg. Shops such as Penny and Rewe can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The main train station is approx. 1 km from the apartment and can be reached on foot (approx. 12 min), by bus and tram (5 min) or by S-Bahn (2 min). The apartment is approx. 300 m from the Dürrenhof S-bahn station with connections to S1 and S2. The park (Wörder Wiese and Wördersee) is close by and is about a 5-minute walk away. It is also possible to park bicycles in the courtyard. Regarding the parking situation ... you can always find a parking space.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Qutaiba (26), Ausbildungsstudent im Nürnberger Rathaus und Kevin (26), Immobilienmakler. Beide Jungs sind super nett und entspannt, offen für WG Abende und gemeinsame Aktivitäten, lassen dir aber auch deinen Freiraum und deine Ruhe. Je nach Lust und Laune unternehmen wir etwas Spontanes oder kochen miteinander oder gehen mal gerne feiern, sind aber keine Party-WG...müssen Rücksicht nehmen auf die Nachbarn. Alles in allem ist das WG-Leben sehr stressfrei.

Wir haben einen Putzplan, der gut funktioniert. Es muss aber nicht so sauber sein, dass man vom Boden essen kann, aber sauber sollte es schon sein.

Alles Weitere kannst du gerne bei der Besichtigung erfahren. Wir sind eine gute WG. Auch die Wohngegend ist gut. :)

Your new roommates are Qutaiba (26), an apprenticeship student at the Nuremberg City Hall and Kevin (26), a real estate agent. Both boys are super nice and relaxed, open to shared evenings and joint activities, but they also give you your freedom and peace. Depending on our mood, we do something spontaneous or cook together or like to go to party, but we are not a party flat ... we have to be considerate of the neighbors. All in all, living in a shared apartment is very stress-free.

We have a cleaning schedule that works well. It doesn't have to be extremely clean, but it should be clean.

You can find out everything else during the tour. We are a good flat share. The residential area is also good. :)
