ich wohne momentan mit meiner Freundin zusammen, da sie aber ein halbes jahr nicht in nürnberg ist, wollen wir ein zimmer vermieten von August bis Januar (oder auch bis Februar/März). Das Zimmer ist etwa 15m² groß und ist urspünglich ein Wohnzimmer/Arbeitszimmer. Es ist ein kleines Sofa, Schreibtisch und Kommode vorhanden.
Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Tür.
Badezimmer ist schön neu und sehr gepflegt :)

Currently I live with my girlfriend, but she is going abroad for one semester. So we've decided to offer a 15m² room, furnished from August until January/February/March. If you are interested, feel free to contact us! :)
Verkehrsanbindung ist super:
- S-Bahn in 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in 2 Min zur Georg-Simon-Ohm Hochschule (Haltestelle: Dürrenhof)
- Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Tür
- die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Dutzendteich entfernt, wo man schön spazieren oder ne Runde joggen kann
- die EWF (Erziehungswissenschaftliche Fakultät Universität Nürnberg) ist direkt gegenüber von unserem Haus
- die Georg-Simon-Ohm HS (TH Nürnberg) ist etwa zu Fuß 20 Min entfernt aber mit den Fahrrad problemlos erreichbar
Einfach ne kurze Mail schreiben :) Und wir antworten so schnell es geht :) Telefonisch nur ab 18 Uhr erreichbar zwecks Arbeit/Uni :)
