Located in the middle of an oak grove in Dutzendteichstr. 8 next to the lake Dutzendteich and recreational park Luitpoldhain.
Tram stop n°6 in front of the buildings (fliegerstr./EWF), S-bahn close-by and buses from Doku-zentrum (10 mins walking.
Edeka and Norma store (Scharrerstraße) 10 minutes away walking or 2 tram stops.
University students flatmates from different countries, mostly germans, all german and english speakers.
Sharing kitchen and bathrooms (male and female separate, 4 in total). Common living room and balcony.
Currently living less than a half of flatmates during vacation, so there's plenty of space in the kitchen, living room and balcony.
Large bicycle storage in the basement as well as canopied bike garages in front of the building.
The residents manage washing machines and tumble driers themselves (0.80€ washing and 0.50€ drier).
