Bei uns in der WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 2,6 breit und 4,6 lang, also ca 12 qm groß. Es kostet 160 Euro inclusive aller Nebenkosten. Also da ist dann schon Strom, Heizung, Wasser usw drin. Da wir sowieso DSL6000 haben, ist auch Internet bereits enthalten, im Zimmer ist ein LAN Anschluß.
Schönheitsfehler: Die Wohnung ist in Fürth, bis Nürnberg Bahnhof ist es mit dem Bus/U-Bahn 20 Minuten. Der Anschluss geht vom Haus aus im 10 Minutentakt.
Das Haus selber ist ein modernes Hochhaus - die Wohnung ist im 5 Stock, es gibt 2 Fahrstühle. Wir haben auch Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine... das Fenster des Zimmers blickt ins Grüne.
Ansonsten meld dich halt mal... Mail oder gern auch ICQ ----/-------.... bin aber erst ab 19:00 zu erreichen, wegen Arbeit.
Achja... das Zimmer ist übrugens auch voll möbliert, also Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Bett sind vorhanden.
Es gibt zwei männliche Mitbewohner, Musik Rock, Metal, Mittelalter... Wir gehen gerne auf Konzerte/Festivals...
ansonsten zockt der eine World of Warcraft , der andere macht Spiele lieber "in echt" als LARP.
