unsere wohnung liegt direkt am stresemannplatz (u-bahnlinie 2), nur 5- gehminuten von uni und innenstadt entfernt, im stadtteil gärten bei wöhrd.
die wohnung ist ein traumhaft sanierter 6,5 zimmer- altbau mit 160 m², grossem balkon, neu renoviertem großem bad, gästetoilette, schöner wohnküche und einem geräumigen wohnzimmer mit ca 25 m².
dein zimmer (ca.18 m²) kostet ca.330,- € all inclusive, wobei die exakten strom- und gaskosten noch von anbieter und abschlag abhängig sind.
