Hallo miteinander,
da ich Ende August ausziehen werde wird mein ca. 15m² großes Zimmer in unserer WG frei.
Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 90 m² groß und besteht aus 3 (Schlaf)zimmern und einem kleinen Gemeinschaftszimmer, sowie Küche, Toilette und Bad.
Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle...wirklich alles, was man so zum Kochen braucht ist vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt 320€, warm mit Internet, Telefon und Strom.
Es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten an.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines schönen Altbaus hinter der Burg (Nordstadt). Die Lage ist wirklich optimal.
Die U-Bahn Station Kaulbachplatz (U3) ist ca. 200m entfernt. Den Hauptbahnhof kann man somit in ca.8 min erreichen.
Auch der Anschluss nach Erlangen ist gut.
Schnell zu erreichen sind außerdem:

- WiSo Uni Erlangen-Nürnberg: 1 km
- Rewe: 20m
- Aldi: 300m

Meine Mitbewohner sind beide 26 Jahre alt und studieren Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen im Master in Nürnberg bzw. Erlangen.
Mit ihnen lässt sich locker zusammenleben und auch gut feiern. Auch unsere Nachbarn sind wirklich entspannt.
In den Nebenkosten ist die Hausgangreinigung, sowie der Winterdienst enthalten, so das keine zusätzliche Arbeit anfällt.
