in unserer schönen 3er WG in einem der schönsten Viertel Nürnbergs, in den Gärten hinter der Veste, direkt hinter der Kaiserburg wird ein helles, freundliches und großzügiges 21 qm Zimmer frei. Die Möbel können nach Absprache auch gerne übernommen werden.
Zur Wohnung: Die schöne Altbauwohnung verfügt über ca. 100 qm die sich in eine geräumige Wohnküche, Bad, separates WC und drei große und geräumige Zimmer unterteilt. Dein Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und hat drei große schöne Fenster.
Vor dem Haus gibt es zahlreiche Bewohnerparkplätze, man findet also immer einen.
Unser neues Schmuckstück: Wir haben ein komplett frisch renoviertes Bad! :)

in our beautiful 3-person shared flat located in the most beautiful area of Nuremberg, we have a bright, friendly and spacious 21 sqm room available. The furniture can also be taken over.
About the flat: The beautiful flat in an old building has approx. 100 sqm divided into a spacious kitchen/living room, bathroom, separate WC and three large and spacious rooms. Your room will be unfurnished with three big windows.
There are numerous parking spaces for residents in front of the house, so you can always find one.
Our new gem is the nice bathroom, completely renovated:)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Rewe, einen Ebl und einen DM sowie zahlreiche schöne Lokale, Restaurants und Kleinläden, Eisdielen, Cafés etc. Der Vegöner und das Le Banh Mi ist auch nicht weit. Man ist also bestens versorgt. Die Kaiserburg ist quasi direkt ums Eck, sichtbar sobald man aus der Haustüre tritt und der Archivpark zum entspannen, Tischtennis/Badminton spielen oder Bierchen/Wein trinken ist ca. 80m weit entfernt. Ums kurz zu fassen: Die Lage ist sensationell.
The flat is in a beautiful old building, and you can find a Rewe, an Ebl a post office and a DM as well as numerous nice pubs, restaurants and small shops, ice cream parlours, cafés etc in the neighbourhood. The Vegöner and Le Banh Mi is not far away either. So you are well catered for. The Kaiserburg is just around the corner, visible as soon as you step out of the front door, and the Archivpark outside of the doorstep is a great place to relax, to play table tennis/badminton or drink beer/wine. To cut a long story short: The location is sensational.
Kurz zu uns:
Viki (23) studiert Französisch und Englisch im Bachelor in Erlangen. Sie ist zweisprachig mit Deutsch und Polnisch augewachsen und begeistert sich fürs Reisen. Neben dem Studium arbeitet sie als Werkstudentin im Eventmanagement. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne Boxen, Wandern, einen Kaffee oder Wein trinken.
Toni (22) studiert Grundschullehramt mit Deutsch als Hauptfach im 8. Semester. In ihrer Freizeit probiert sie sich gerade in Tanz- und Kampfsportarten aus und besucht ab und zu das Gym. Sonst macht sie es sich auch gerne bei guter Musik gemütlich und zeichnet oder malt. Außerdem probiert sie immer wieder neue Rezepte aus und beeindruckt ihre Mitbewohner damit regelmäßig🤭
Wir hoffen du bist offen, tolerant und trinkst mal ein Gläschen Wein mit uns mit ☺️

Briefly about us:
Viki (23) is studying French and English in her bachelor's degree in Erlangen. She grew up bilingual with German and Polish and is passionate about traveling. Besides her studies she works as a working student in event management. In her leisure time she enjoys boxing, hiking, drinking a coffee or wine.
Toni (22) is studying elementary school teaching with German as her major in her 8th semester. In her free time, she is currently trying out dance and martial arts and occasionally visits the gym. Otherwise, she also likes to cozy up with good music and draw or paint. She is also always trying out new recipes and regularly impresses her roommates with them🤭.
We hope you're open-minded, tolerant and like to have a drink with us ☺️

Viki‘s Zimmer wird zudem ab August bis Ende des Jahres untervermietet. Wir schauen natürlich, dass die temporäre WG-Konstalation auch harmoniert und du dich mit Viki‘s Untermieter*in kennenlernst & verstehst :)
