Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat ca 14 qm. Da die Wohnung nicht überall rechte Winkel hat, ist es ein bisschen schwer das genau zu berechnen, genau das macht aber auch den Charme der ings. 88 qm großen Wohnung in einem gut sanierten Altbau aus.
Das Zimmer ist mit zwei großen Fenstern nach Süden sehr hell und nicht möbliert. Wenn du brauchst, kann ich dir aber auch ein paar gute Second-Hand-Möbelhäuser und Sozialkaufhäuser in der Umgebung empfehlen, in denen du preisgünstige oft schöne Möbel finden kannst.
Außerdem besteht die Wohnung aus einem großen (ca. 23 qm) gemeinsam genutzen Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch und Zugang zum Balkon (ca. 6 qm) - beides in Süd-West Ausrichtung und deshalb ebenso hell und gemütlich wie dein privates Zimmer. Die Küche ist nicht sehr groß, besitzt aber immerhin eine zweite Essgelegenheit und ein Ost-Fenster von wo aus du die aufgehende Sonne beim Morgenkaffee oder Tee genießen kannst. Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen gibt es auch ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster ;o).

The size of the room you would move in is around 14 qm - though it is a little bit hard to say, as not every corner has right ankles. Anyhow this exactly brings the charme in the 88 qm flat which is part of an renovated old building.
With two windows in the direction of south your room is very bright and cozy. The room won't be furnished, but if you need any tips, I can recommend you good quality but low-priced second hand furniture stores around the corner.
Other than that there is an 23 qm living room with a big dining table which we will share, from which you have excess to the 6 qm balcony. Both in the direction south-west, so also very bright and enjoyable. ;o) The kitchen is not very big, but it includes a second place to eat a small snack or drink coffee in the morning sun of the east-window of the kitchen. And of course we do have a bathroom with a bathtub and another small window.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral direkt 2 Gehminuten vom Südausgang des Hauptbahnhofes entfernt. Trotzdem ist es vergleichsweise ruhig. Nur abends kommt entsprechend dem Südstadtflair Nürnbergs manchmal ein bisschen Stimmung auf, hält sich aber sehr im Rahmen.
Für euren täglichen Bedarf gibt es allerlei Geschäfte jeder Art - hier punktet die Südstadt mit ihrem internationalen Ambiente. Für die deutschere Küche gibt es einen Penny direkt ums Eck, ca. 10 min. weiter Weg einen REWE und nach 12 min. erreicht ihr einen Ebl für Bio-Ware. Zaubert ihr euch gerne etwas türkisch/arabisch/indisches auf eure Teller dann findet ihr in alle Himmelsrichtungen reichlich Auswahl.
Es gibt in der Nähe ein paar nette Cafe's und Bars aber auch das rege Nachtleben nördlich des Bahnhofs ist ja nicht weit weg.
Wen es eher ins Grüne zieht, für den gibt es verschiedene Stadtparks in der Nähe, den Pegnitzgrund mit seinem Europaradweg (ca. 15 min. zu Fuß und 5 min mit dem Rad) oder den bepflanzten eigenen Balkon zum Vitamin B tanken und sich die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen.

The flat is only 2 minutes by feet from the central station and you have everything you need quite around the corner. Though it is so centralized, it is also quite calm. Only in the evening time the "Südstadt" of Nuremberg is known to be vivid, but in our corner it is quite gentle.
There are multiple groshery stores of every thinkable nation around the corner - as our neighbourhood is known to be very international. For sure you will find the right grosheries for your favorite food as well!
In the neighborhood are some nice café's or bars but even more you find at the other side of the Trainstation which is also close by.
If you prefer the nature, there are some pleasure grounds around the corner, only 15 min. by feet or 5 min. by bike you find the "green belt" of nuremberg, which is the "Pegnitzgrund". And if you are just longing for a quick sunbath, the balcony welcomes you at any time. :o)

Ich bin Louisa (30 Jahre alt) und arbeite aktuell als Ärztin in Weiterbildung in einer orthopädischen Gemeinschaftspraxis. Unter der Woche habe ich daher ein eher geregeltes Leben und meine sozialen Aktivitäten beziehen sich vor allem auf das Wochenende. Ich bin ein geselliger, neugieriger und aktiver Mensch mit inzwischen 10 Jahren WG-Erfahrung, die ich (bis auf wenige Ausnahmen) sehr genossen habe.
Ich freue mich auf gemeinsame Kochabende und sonstige gemeinsame Aktivitäten in der WG und finde aber auch eine ausgewogene Balance an Eigenständigkeit wichtig. Ich gehe abends gerne Feiern oder bin mit Freunden unterwegs. Ansonsten bastle oder handwerke ich gerne und liebe mein Fahrrad und das Klettern.
Mir sind eine saubere Küche und Bad wichtig und ich freue mich über einen respektvollen Umgang mit Gegenständen und Pflanzen. Ansonsten bin ich eine sehr unkomplizierte und offene Mitbewohnerin. ;)

I am Louisa (30 years old) and I work as a doctor at an orthopaedic clinic. Therefore is my life during the week quite regulated and my social life is predominantely on weekends. I am an open minded and active character and have experience in living in a flat-sharing community for round about 10 years, which I - aside from some exceptions - mainly enjoyed.
I am really looking forward to cooking evenings or other activities together, at the same time I find the right balance to self-reliance important. I enjoy going out or partying with friends on the weekends. And for the quiet time i love crafting. As sporting activities I love to ride my bycicle and going climbing.
A clean kitchen and bathroom are important to me and I am happy for a respectable handling with goods and plants. Other than that I am a very uncomplicated and sociable flat-sharing partner. ;o)
