Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung (75 m²). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock. Sie wurde wie das gesamte Haus vor ca. 3 Jahren komplett renoviert und die Außenfassade isoliert. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 22 m² und besitzt einen Zugang zum Balkon. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, nur das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung ist 3 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, wäre also ideal für Pendler. Parkmöglichkeiten sind rund um das Haus vorhanden, sowohl für mit als auch ohne Anwohnerparkausweis.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe, z.B. Lidl, Norma, Rewe, Schlecker und das Landbierparadies. ;-)
Idealerweise solltest du weiblich sein, berufstätig, zwischen 25 und 35 Jahre alt, ordentlich und zuverlässig.
