Hallo,
gesucht wird eine Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist 3,5m x 4m groß, möbliert und hat ein Fenster. Ein Bett, eine Couch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Drehstuhl sind vorhanden. Möbel könnten auch raus, wenn Du eigenes lieber hast (es gibt keine keine Ablösezahlung).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Widhalmstr. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ich habe Studium vor längerer Zeit beendet, bin berufstätig und wohne in der Schweiz. Daher bin ich nur manchmal an Wochenenden da. Meine Mitbewohnerin studiert an der FAU. In meiner Freizeit mache ich viel Sport, reise gern und bin in der Natur. Sie kocht und bäckt gern, vor allem asiatisch. Zugeben wir sind wahrscheinlich mehr eine Zweck WG, trotzdem geht es sehr harmonisch hier zu..

Ihr solltet Eure Partyphase überwunden haben und rücksichtsvoll in Bezug auf das Zusammenleben sein usw.. Wir sind Nichtraucher und in der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden. Berufstätige bzw. Praktikanten werden bevorzugt.
