Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster. Das Bett und die Wandregale bleiben im Raum, die den Platz sehr gut ausnutzen und für wenig Geld übernommen werden können. Das Bett bietet Stauraum in großen Schubladen.
Wir haben auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, dazu eine Mikrowelle und meine geliebte Siebträgermaschine.
Alles was Sie brauchen ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar: Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Universitäten sind in Kürze zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind neu und isolieren sehr gut, aber bei geöffnetem Fenster kann es durch die Nähe zur S-Bahn und Straße etwas laut werden.
Wir suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin zwischen 23 und 29 Jahren. Wir möchten das Zimmer an jemanden vermieten, der sympathisch, ordentlich und gut in die WG passt. Uns ist es wichtig, keine zweckgebundene WG zu sein, sondern einen Ort zu haben, an dem wir uns alle wohlfühlen. Dazu gehört unter anderem ein funktionierender Reinigungsplan ;)
Joggen und Fahrradfahren kann man hier gut. Wenn du jetzt schon Interesse hast schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht!
