The room: 19 sq meters, super bright (two big windows with blackout blinds), fully furnished with a double bed, a big desk with chair and lamp, one big wardrobe plus shelves and night-stand. There is also a double couch stored in the attic available to move in the room if you want it.
The apartment: This 71 sq mts apartment is in a wonderful location in the Südstadt, just 50 meters away from tram station Schweigerstraße from where you can connect to basically everywhere with the lines 6, 7 and 8 - or take the bike and be in less than 5 minutes in Hauptbahnhof and the Altstadt. There are supermarkets, bakeries and gyms just meters from the door. Do consider that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped Kitchen and a bathroom, plus storage room in the basement and attic. The kitchen is quite large and has a full oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, plus a big pantry and lots of drawers and cupboards. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The roommate: You will be sharing the apartment with me - Constanza, a 27 year-old teacher from argentina. I am a very easygoing and friendly person and I'm looking forward to have a roommate with whom I get along with. In September I started an Ausbildung so I am working or at school during the mornings and usually studying in the afternoons. However, in my free time, I love going out in the afternoons to have a coffee, some drinks or going out for dinner, going for a walk in the park and watching movies.
