Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß mit einem schönen Altbaufenster zur ruhigen Siemensstraße. Die frisch renovierte Wohnung lässt durch das große Altbaufenster sehr viel Sonne in das schöne Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist in bester Lage, U-Bahn befindet sich in 4 min Fußweg entfernt genau so wie die Straßenbahn, die nächste Busstation befindet sich in der Frankenstraße die ebenso in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. In der Nähe gibt es eine Norma und einen Edeka zum einkaufen, genau so könnte man in 15 min zum Aufseßplatz in den Rewe laufen. Am Hauptbahnhof ist man in 20 min zu Fuß, falls nach einer langen Nacht keine U-Bahnen mehr fahren.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr ruhig, jedoch kann man sich auch immer gern auf ein Bier verabreden, immer wie man Lust hat. Im Haus wohnen auch sehr viele andere Studenten, sprich es ist auch kein Problem wenns mal länger und etwas lauter wird.
Für den Einzug werden vom Vermieter folgende Dokumente noch benötigt, jedoch reicht dies auch nach Besichtigung aus:
