Hallo zusammen!
Aus unserer netten 3er-WG zieht zum 01.09. unser Mitbewohner aus und wir zwei suchen Ersatz.
Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß, hat Parkettboden und ein großes Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Bad inkl. Badewanne ausgestattet und besitzt getrennt davon eine Toilette. Als Studentenluxus ist in unsere Küche, mit kleinem Esstisch, sogar eine Spülmaschine enthalten. Wir haben auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Wir, Silke (27) und Helena (20), sind beide Studentinnen.Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG. Daher wäre es schön, wenn auch du Interesse an mehr als einer reinen Zweck-WG hättest.
Schön wären ebenso gewisse Grundkenntnisse in Sachen Sauberkeit.Dein Alter setzten wir mal so zwischen 20 und 30 an.
Die WG liegt gleich in der Nähe der U-Bahn (Frankenstraße). Von dort ist man in nicht mal 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in direkter Umgebung.
