Hallo, ich suche ab Mai einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit hohen Decken und hat einen Balkon. Tagsüber kommt viel Sonnenlicht herein. Du bekommst ein großes Bett mit Nachtkasten, einen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, ein Sofa, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Bücherregal. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Tiefkühler und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche, eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine + Trockner. Der Keller beinhaltet einen Stellplatz für ein Fahrrad und ein Trockenraum.
Etwa 50m entfernt ist die Haltestelle Peterskirche, hier fahren Straßenbahn und Bus ab. Ein Edeka ist nur 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man in 10 min zum Bahnhof und in 15 min zum Hauptmarkt radeln. Zum Joggen kann man vom Haus aus zum Wöhrder See laufen.
Unsere jetzige 3er WG löst sich im Mai auf und nur eine Person bleibt dort. Den dritten Mitbewohner kannst du also wahrscheinlich mitbestimmen.
Das Internet ist sehr gut, laut Speedtest 95 Mbit/s download und 6 Mbit/s upload.
