Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, angenehm und hell.
Es gibt zusätzlich noch ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, ebenfalls sehr hell und mit einem Ofen ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist von der Toilette getrennt, was in einer WG sehr prakisch ist.
In der Küche kann man zusammen nette Abende verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Das Haus ist über ein Tor erreichbar, sodass man im Innenhof sicher sein Fahrrad unterstellen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Dachboden, wo man Sachen lagern kann.
The room is very cozy, pleasant and bright.
There is additionally a huge living room, also very bright and equipped with a stove.
The bathroom has a bathtub and is separated from the toilet, which is very convenient in a shared apartment.
In the kitchen you can spend nice evenings together.
The apartment is well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
The house is accessible via a gate, so you can safely store your bike in the courtyard. In addition, there is an attic where you can store things.
Die Lage ist optimal. Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof und von der Nürnberger Innenstadt entfernt. Innerhalb von 15min bzw 20 min erreicht man die Wöhrder Wiesen bzw den Wöhrder See, wo man gut spazieren oder joggen gehen kann.
Fussläufig sind viele Supermärkte (penny, rewe, lidl, norma) und Restaurants sowie Bars und Diskotheken erreichbar.
The location is optimal. Only 10 minutes walk from the main train station and Nuremberg city center. Within 15min or 20 min you can reach the Wöhrder Wiesen or the Wöhrder See, where you can go for a walk or jog.
Within walking distance are many supermarkets (penny, rewe, lidl, norma) and restaurants as well as bars and discos.
Die beiden anderen Bewohner der Wohnung sind erst seit kurzer Zeit in Nürnberg. Hannah (24) ist gerade erst angekommen, um ihr Chemiestudium zu beginnen, und Dietrich (31) ist vor ein paar Monaten angekommen, um in einer Bank zu arbeiten, so dass die Dynamik der WG recht neu ist und es für den Neuankömmling sehr einfach sein wird, sich zu integrieren.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und uns ist ein harmonisches und freundliches Miteinander wichtig, aber jeder hat seinen Freiraum und gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind kein Muss. Es ergibt sich eher spontan, dass man gemeinsame Unternehmungen macht oder sich zum Quatschen in der Küche trifft.
