Wir (3m, 1w) suchen ab 20.09. eine/n Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete bis 31.12.
Das Zimmer ist 10qm groß und möbliert: Bett, Matratze, Regal, Tisch, Stuhl, Sessel ist alles da. Falls du noch eigene Möbel mitbringen willst, kann man da drüber reden.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt knapp 130qm groß, wir haben ein großes Bad mit Dusche, ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC und eine Küche in der man auch mal zusammensitzen kann. Außerdem gibts Spül- und Waschmaschine.
Die WG liegt direkt an der Schweiggerstraße. REWE, Norma, Netto,... alles direkt vor der Tür, ebenso wie die Tramhaltestellen (Linien 6,8,9).
Zu Fuß ist man in knappen 10min am HBF oder an der OHM.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, respektieren es aber auch, wenn du es als solches siehst. Gesamtmiete (mit allem) beträgt 260,- Euro.
Ansonsten solltest du wissen, dass hier schon hin und wieder was los sein kann, von daher vielleicht eher ungünstig wenn du arbeiten solltest.
