Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß (siehe Foto). Das Fenster geht zum Hof raus, dementsprechend ist es eigentlich ruhig im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und hat einen hellen Laminat-Boden.
Das Haus ist ca. 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist also schnell erreichbar. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren direkt vor der Tür. Penny, Norma und Rewe sind in höchstens 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die meisten Parkplätze sind Bewohnerparkplätze.
In der Wohnung wohnen Hannah, 24 Jahre alt und berufstätig und Svenja, 24 Jahre alt und Studentin (Master). Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer in dem wir gerne auch mal zusammen sitzen. Wir leben nicht in einer Zweck-WG und unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen. Am Wochenende gehen wir auch gerne mal feiern, allerdings handelt es sich nicht um eine "Party-WG".
Im Haus sind insgesamt 4 Wohnungen, in jeder Wohnung sind WGs. Wir haben einen Innenhof, der sich zum Grillen eignet und gelegentlich wird auch mit dem ganzen Haus was zusammen gemacht. In dem Haus ist außerdem ein Café, im Erdgeschoss, wo man gut Kaffee genießen kann.
Zur Info: Die Vermieterin möchte bei Studenten einen Elternteil mit Gehalt als zweiten Vertragsnehmer (Bürgen).
