Es ist hell und gemütlich nach Süden ausgerichtet. Es ist 15,6 m^2 groß und ist mit allen auf dem Bild gezeigten Möbeln ausgestattet: ein großes und bequemes Bett, eine Couch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Schreibtischlampe sowie ein Kleiderständer und ein Beistelltisch. Verglichen mit den anderen ist dein Zimmer ruhig gelegen, vor deinem Fenster befindet sich eine ruhige Nebenstraße.

About your room.
It is bright and cozy, facing the south. It is 15.6 m^2 large and is supplied with all the furniture shown in the picture: a large and comfortable bed, a couch, desk with chair and desk lamp as well as a clothes rack and a side table. Your room is quiet in comparison to the other rooms and is facing a non busy street.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Gostenhof an der Hauptstraße "Fürther Straße". Direkt vor der Haustür liegt die U-Bahnstation "Gostenhof", der Plärrer ist somit mit der U-Bahn innerhalb von 3 Minuten (oder zu Fuß innerhalb von 8 Minuten) erreichbar, auch Altstadt (4 bzw. 20 Minuten) und Hauptbahnhof (6 bzw. 20 Minuten) sind sehr gut erreichbar.
Innerhalb eines 100-Meter-Radius findet man unter anderem eine Apotheke, eine Arztpraxis, eine Bank (Sparkasse) und Supermärkte. Die wichtigsten Dinge befinden sich also in näherer Umgebung.
Die Hauptstraße direkt vor der Tür ist vor allem in deinem Zimmer nicht zu hören.
The apartment is located in the district Gostenhof on the main street "Fürther Straße". Right in front of the building is the subway station "Gostenhof", therefore you can get to Plärrer by subway within 3 minutes or by walking within 8 minutes, also the inner city (4 or 20 minutes) and main station (6 or 20 minutes) are very easy to get to.
Within a 100-meter radius you can find, among others, a pharmacy, a doctor's office, a bank (Sparkasse) and supermarkets. So, the most important things are in close proximity.
The main road right in front of the door is not audible, especially in your room.
In unserer WG wohnen derzeit drei Personen:
Ali, der den meisten Teil seiner Zeit auf Arbeit verbringt
Stany, der seinen Master in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der FAU macht
Friedrich, der seinen Bachelor in Angewandter Physik an der THN macht
Wir kennen uns alle noch nicht lange und haben deswegen noch kein festes WG-Leben, sind aber jederzeit für Gruppenevents zu haben. Es gilt: Alles kann, nichts muss.
Wir legen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Haushalt. Schließlich wollen wir alle hier eine angenehme Zeit verbringen.
There are currently three people living in the apartment:
Ali, who spends most of his time at work.
Stany, who is doing his master in industrial engineering at FAU
Friedrich, who is doing his Bachelor in Applied Physics at THN
We all don't know each other for a long time yet and therefore don't have a fixed flat-sharing life yet, but we are always available for group events. The rule is: Everything can, nothing must.
Order and cleanliness in the household are important to us. After all, we all want to spend a pleasant time here.
