Hallo lieber Zwichenmieter,
dein Zimmer ist freundlich eingerichtet mit Bett, Kommode und Bücherregal. Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 22 Jahre alt und wenn sie sich jeden Donnerstag das Taxi von der Rofa nach Hause mit dir teilen kann ist sie glücklich. :)
Den gut gepflegten Garten sowie den Keller kannst du gerne nutzen.
Im Mietpreis ist die Flurreinigung enthalten.
Von der Haustüre aus sind es ca. 400m zur U-Bahn Bärenschanze und zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt innerhalb von 10-15 Min. zu erreichen.
Besichtigung ist nach Absprache jeden Tag ab 19 Uhr möglich.
